This has been my second oil change that I have had at the Infiniti of Ardmore and the service is outstanding! I worked with Alan and he is incredible! He gave me an appointment with very little notice since my state inspection was expiring despite me not being a regular customer. He went out of his way to keep me informed about the progress of my car and thoroughly explained all needed repairs.

These guys were fast and well organized. They took COVID-19 precautions if you are the type to get inspections/service parts/ tiny-ups etc... from the dealerships. Then if you have an Infiniti go here.

Service manager Darius helped get my auto straightened out right. Great friendly service from all the staff, no unnecessary add ons, in fact he told me I was too early for one of the services I indicated. Car washed nicely after servicing. Nice clean loaner car too. Will go back for sure.

EXCELLENT RESPECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I reached out in reference to a Infiniti Q50, and spoke to Mike and advised I had horrible credit! Even then, he stated lets see what we could do! Ran my credit unfortunately wasn't able to get done, but guess what! HE CALLED ME BACK and told me!!!! So much respect for this dealership because dealership expect you to chase them when you have bad credit, and its sad, but not here! so I definitely would recommend them! Thank you

This was my first time coming to Infiniti of Ardmore but definitely won't be my last! I wanted an oil change but with the times we are in now, you have to have an appointment everywhere you go. I initially called another Infiniti dealership closer to where I was at the time but they had no walk ins and no appointments until next week so I tried Ardmore. Allan was very friendly on the phone and accommodating and told me to bring my car in and they would take care of me today.

My service manager Alan kept met up to speed throughout the process and provided me with options on how to best address immediate needs and options we could put off to preserve the longevity of my car. Very transparent the entire time.

Let's be honest- Car shopping sucks. The internet has changed the game and now there's not much negotiating you can really do to get what you want for the price that you want it for. So you try to find all that you want in a car and then negotiate what you think is a fair price but get no where. It couldn't be more frustrating.

I found my dream car on CarFax one late Saturday afternoon. We drove to Infiniti of Ardmore and within an hour, I test drove my Q50, negotiated financing (2.9%!) and left a deposit. Two days later, I signed the paperwork and drove my baby home. Nick had all of my paperwork ready when I arrived and took the time to explain everything. A special thank you to Liz Erickson who was wonderful to work with.

Alan Sanders was our Service Manager. He was the most thorough and gave the best explanation about car repair that I have ever gotten—no joke. On top of that, he was friendly and funny. Car repair is rarely a convenient undertaking but Alan made it as bearable as possible. Infiniti also has good COVID protocols in place and I always felt safe.

I seriously can't say enough good things about this place. Anytime I come here for service or to diagnose anything, my tech and service advisor always take the best care of me and my car. Speedy service, no nonsense, no bs sales pitch, get treated like family yet always professional and courteous. After going to two other Dealerships to purchase a Q70L , I contacted Infiniti of Ardmore and received a call from Nicole the very next day to follow up on my inquiry. She went the extra mile to have the car I was looking at online transported to there. In 2013 my wife and I were on the market for a new car and we were interested in an Infiniti Q50. Dan McCray was the first person to help us at this dealership. He was very kind, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He left a good impression on my wife and I. Even though we didn't buy a Q50 that day he gave us a very nice chrome Infinti Q50 flash drive key chain! We ended up purchasing an Acura instead that year. Fast forward to 2017! I was determined to buy a Q50 and I was shopping around online leaving my number with a few other dealerships. My wife then told me "why don't you contact Dan from Infiniti? He was very nice." I agreed that she was right so I went to the dealership in Ardmore just to look around at the beginning of the week. Again, Dan was the first person to approach us to offer us his help! He offered us different options and test drives. His knowledge on Infiniti cars whether with the Hybrids, Turbos and etc. was definitely on par with mine since I also did my research. I'm a hardcore researcher on big purchases! Finally, I told Dan of the best quote I got from one other dealership for the Q50 twin turbo Red Sport package. Not only did he matched it but he beat the price! I am fully impressed with the deal that I received. Within 2 hours, we shook hands and now I am a proud owner of an Infinti Q50 Red Sport 400! If any of you are looking for a new Infiniti just ask for "Dan The Man McCray!" because he is the best of the best there! He made purchasing a new car so easy for us. It was almost as easy as buying groceries lol.

This was an awesome experience with regards to purchasing a vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle we looking for had literally just been sold. I had not called to check it's status so it was no big deal. Our salesman was Dan McCray, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Now, since the car we wanted was not there we originally were going to just look around and then leave. Dan asked me what features, color etc we were looking for and he would see if they had it or could get it. He then stated while the Leigh Timberman the General Manager was attempting to locate one, we could take a test drive in a vehicle to see if it were something we even still wanted to pursue. We took a nice test drive in a more basic model and my wife and I agreed that this is a vehicle we really liked. When we returned Leigh was still searching for a vehicle that matched our requirements. We simply wanted a 2015 Q70S with all of the available packages, tech, prem, sports, AWD, etc and was not Silver or grey. They Located one, that was a little ways away from our location but they were going to acquire it for me. We agreed on a price for my trades and for delivery of this vehicle all in record time. They even added a remote start upon my request prior to delivery. It took One week for it to arrive, be detailed and serviced with my request. This was great considering the car was about 350 miles away. The vehicle was even better than we had anticipated and was a quick and painless process when we arrived for delivery.. We were finished in about an hour or so. Thank you Leigh for finding our vehicle and thank you Dan for keeping us in the loop as to what was going on with the vehicle during the week of the delivery and making this sale possible!!!!!

And they were super nice about it all! The whole process was actually a pleasure. I also worked with April Wimbush on the insurance and Nick Magolda on financing who both made their processes easy as could be.All the folks at Infiniti of Ardmore were very knowledge about their cars, the market and how to make the process suck quite a bit less.So we struck a deal and I have a new (actually certified/pre-owner) QX50! I had not called to check it's status so it was no big deal. Our salesman was Dan McCray, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Let's be honest- Car shopping sucks. The internet has changed the game and now there's not much negotiating you can really do to get what you want for the price that you want it for. They were far from the cliché, pushy, fast talking car salesperson. In all actuality they were super straight forward about what they could and couldn't do to help me in my car search. After going to two other Dealerships to purchase a Q70L , I contacted Infiniti of Ardmore and received a call from Nicole the very next day to follow up on my inquiry. Looking for an awesome customer service experience. Then visit Infiniti of Ardmore. The manager, Peter Markakos, and the sales consultant, Ella Livova, made a deal for my family and I that we couldn't resist. Mike Lewis, another sales consultant, stepped in to assist when things got a little busy. He dealt with us as if we were his customers The three of them worked well together as a team. They were all knowledgable about the product, patient as we went back and forth, and more importantly professional at all times (with a smile and some humor). They see a ton of people that come in and out their doors but made my family and I really feel like we were the only people that mattered. The deal took a while as we had some reservations about cost but in the end we left with a new car and felt good about the decision. Peter and Ella deserve a standing ovation on their customer service skills. If we stayed a little longer I'm sure he would have offered us a place to stay!! That's how good they made us feel as customers. We will definitely be back!!!!

My wife and I recently bought a certified used Infiniti here and our experience couldn't have been better. We bought from out-of-state and used my wife's car as trade-in. We began initial negotiations via phone with continually prompt responses and answers to our questions. We received eight hundred dollars over blue book for my wife's car as trade-in and ultimately got our certified used 2013 FX37 for several thousand less that blue book. Negotiations were fair and well within reason. Our salesman, Calvin, was absolutely professional and very personable. He and the General Manager, Nick, greeted us almost immediately for our scheduled appointment and the process moved along smoothly with no issues or pushing to buy anything extra. In all honesty, this has been the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would have to question any negative reviews and would easily do business here again.

This was an awesome experience with regards to purchasing a vehicle. When we arrived the vehicle we looking for had literally just been sold. I had not called to check it's status so it was no big deal. Our salesman was Dan McCray, he was very professional and a pleasure to work with. Now, since the car we wanted was not there we originally were going to just look around and then leave. Dan asked me what features, color etc we were looking for and he would see if they had it or could get it. He then stated while the Leigh Timberman the General Manager was attempting to locate one, we could take a test drive in a vehicle to see if it were something we even still wanted to pursue. We took a nice test drive in a more basic model and my wife and I agreed that this is a vehicle we really liked. When we returned Leigh was still searching for a vehicle that matched our requirements. We simply wanted a 2015 Q70S with all of the available packages, tech, prem, sports, AWD, etc and was not Silver or grey. They Located one, that was a little ways away from our location but they were going to acquire it for me. We agreed on a price for my trades and for delivery of this vehicle all in record time. They even added a remote start upon my request prior to delivery. It took One week for it to arrive, be detailed and serviced with my request. This was great considering the car was about 350 miles away. The vehicle was even better than we had anticipated and was a quick and painless process when we arrived for delivery.. We were finished in about an hour or so. Thank you Leigh for finding our vehicle and thank you Dan for keeping us in the loop as to what was going on with the vehicle during the week of the delivery and making this sale possible!!!!!

I originally went down to the showroom looking for the parts department. They were very kind and helpful in giving me directions to the service/parts building. While the parts department was unable to help me locate a part for an aftermarket piece all was not lost. On my way to my car I was stopped by Nick Maropis who knew I originally came in the showroom and wanted to know how I made out looking for my part. I told him I was having some difficulty locating the piece I needed and he ensured me they would be able to take care of the problem for me. I followed him back to the showroom and also met Rob Walsh. Both gentlemen were very kind and professional. As it turns out they were able to locate an extra of the aftermarket part I needed for my vehicle and I left with exactly what I needed. They went above and beyond the requirements of their job. I wasn't in to buy a new car that day, in fact it was my first time at this dealership, but they still treated me like a lifelong customer. I will be going back when I am ready to trade in my vehicle and look forward to dealing with Infiniti of Ardmore again in the future. Thanks again!!

I have always heard that buying a new car was very troublesome with the negotiations because car salesman always try to rob you blind. In 2013 my wife and I were on the market for a new car and we were interested in an Infiniti Q50. Dan McCray was the first person to help us at this dealership. He was very kind, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He left a good impression on my wife and I. Even though we didn't buy a Q50 that day he gave us a very nice chrome Infinti Q50 flash drive key chain! We ended up purchasing an Acura instead that year. Fast forward to 2017! I was determined to buy a Q50 and I was shopping around online leaving my number with a few other dealerships. My wife then told me "why don't you contact Dan from Infiniti? He was very nice." I agreed that she was right so I went to the dealership in Ardmore just to look around at the beginning of the week. Again, Dan was the first person to approach us to offer us his help! He offered us different options and test drives. His knowledge on Infiniti cars whether with the Hybrids, Turbos and etc. was definitely on par with mine since I also did my research. I'm a hardcore researcher on big purchases! Finally, I told Dan of the best quote I got from one other dealership for the Q50 twin turbo Red Sport package. Not only did he matched it but he beat the price! I am fully impressed with the deal that I received. Within 2 hours, we shook hands and now I am a proud owner of an Infinti Q50 Red Sport 400! After going to two other Dealerships to purchase a Q70L , I contacted Infiniti of Ardmore and received a call from Nicole the very next day to follow up on my inquiry. She went the extra mile to have the car I was looking at online transported to there. When arriving I was greeted by Nicole who introduced to me to Zack who provided excellent customer service as well ... I have to say I am VERY please with my experience and would definitely return for all my future purchases.

My husband and I just left the dealership with a lovely Nissan Rogue. Our experience was great!! Phil and Nick were very courteous, welcoming, knowledgable, fast and efficient. Everyone there, whether they were helping us or not, was professional and kind. Not only did they go above and beyond by having our tank full when we picked up, but when we went to fill it for the first time there was a note with a $2 bill attached congratulating and thanking us for our business. The next time we're in the market for a vehicle, we will certainly be coming back!!
